Best Grinding Location: Roof before the central tower (nearest safe room is a schlep, but worth it)
Is the Will Seed worth it? As always, in an inital playthrough, I encourage players to get all the Will Seeds. However, in New Game plus, I don't personally think the Ring of Lust is worth it. It does not have an additional passive effect, and Champion's Cup is quickly replaced by Morgana or Ann's Diarama or Neo Cadenza. I always suggest fighting the miniboss for EXP early on, but this one is a skip for me.
